MEET EMILIO QUINONEZ


My name is Emilio Quinonez with Keller Williams Realty and I love to help families achieve generational wealth by guiding them through the home buying and selling process! Throughout the course of my career, I have learned many transferable skills that have made me an effective Realtor®. As an educator, I learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all my students. As a claims adjuster, I have learned how to effectively negotiate, solve problems, juggle competing deadlines and easing clients' fears.
As your Realtor® I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or investing. I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be exciting, and rewarding but also, stressful, and scary! As your Realtor®, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and by being proactive and accessible.
I have been an East Bay resident my entire life and earned a Business degree with a minor in Real Estate Management at Cal-State Hayward. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in the Bay Area.
When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife Fedricka and my son Kingston. I enjoy cooking, creating music, drawing, and traveling. It will be a pleasure and an honor to work for you!!
